The Role You'll be Venn's sole recruiter. No coordinator, no sourcing team, no hand-holding. You own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end. From drafting JD to offer stage for with a heavy focus on technical roles. We're a team of 30 and plan to double headcount this year. You'll carry 6 active reqs at a time, working a mix of inbound and outbound pipelines. You'll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define roles
