About the role

Purpose of the role: Facilitate teams across the company to make informed decisions based on data, rather than on intuition. Lead complex analytical projects with multi-level dependencies, diverse stakeholder base and unclear paths to solution. Please note: As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position. Role: Lead the process of gathering requirements and translating complex business problems into structured, scalable quantitative analyses. Partner with functional departments to extract strategic insights from analytical outputs, shape high-impact business recommendations, and deliver them through compelling narratives and comprehensive visualizations. Guide collaboration with stakeholders and team members to design accurate, scalable, and business-relevant datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for both operational and strategic initiatives. Design robust data models using techniques such as Kimball/dimensional data modelling.
