IT Systems Business Analyst

The Basics

Tanium is growing and is searching for a dynamic IT Systems Business Analyst that will play a pivotal role in leading strategic projects that support the company’s objectives. The Business Analyst will leverage their strong analytical skills and experience with IT workflows and systems to partner with our business stakeholders and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to them. It will be critical to establish a trusted partnership and build a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ processes and requirements to expose gaps and inefficiencies and drive automation and optimization. Responsibilities will include the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements, the creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, the creation and organization of user stories that encapsulate project deliverables and involvement in solution design. Furthermore, the Business Analyst will promote a culture of high visibility and transparency to build and maintain trust with our stakeholders.
