Flexibility : You need to be able to run and attend events in London regularly, incl. collecting materials from our London hub in Farringdon. Beyond that, we operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work from home even if you’re near an office hub. Salary : We benchmarked £40,000 + bonus + equity at IC3 level in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
