Product Manager (8+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and customer engagement for AI-powered healthcare products. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with customers, operators, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive product outcomes.

You'll play a key role in shaping product direction, establishing product processes, and ensuring customer feedback translates into impactful product improvements.

What You'll Do

Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements.Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch.Partner closely with engineering teams on scoping, prioritization, and execution.Drive product rollouts, onboarding programs, and adoption initiatives.Establish feedback loops between customers, operations, and product teams.Monitor product performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

You're a Great Fit If You

Have 8+ years of product management experience.Have owned products or major product areas end-to-end.Possess strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.Have experience writing clear PRDs, requirements, and product documentation.Can effectively balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.Have sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.

Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, RCM, or Vertical SaaS products.Experience working at early-stage or high-growth startups.Exposure to AI, LLM-powered products, or agentic workflows.Experience managing complex operational or workflow-driven products.Background working closely with customer success, operations, or implementation teams.
