About the role We're hiring a second Sales Lead in our Americas region. The region is growing fast enough that one leader isn't enough. You'll inherit a foundation of existing reps, build out the team further, and own your segment, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You'll work alongside our existing AMER leader and partner directly with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role suits someone who's done this before in a technical environment and does their best work where the playbook doesn't exist yet. What you'll do Lead and grow the team Take ownership of an existing group of Account Executives and BDRs, then grow it. Set coaching rhythms, career paths, and clear expectations from day one. Build a culture where speed and customer obsession are the baseline, not the aspiration. Drive revenue Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quarterly targets for your segment.
