Overview At Rithum, we empower commerce growth by connecting brands, retailers, and suppliers. As the North America Field Marketing & Events Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing a dynamic portfolio of eventsâincluding client conferences, industry trade shows, internal company gatherings, executive dinners, and multi-city roadshowsâwhile driving localized marketing strategies to generate demand, accelerate the sales pipeline, and align with Rithumâs strategic business objectives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful events that inspire clients and engage industry leaders. In conjunction with senior marketing leadership, you develop regional strategies, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact experiences that elevate Rithumâs brand visibility and client engagement in North America.
