We’re looking for a Vice President, Information Systems to join our team at Lightspeed. In this role, you will define and execute the enterprise systems strategy that enables Lightspeed’s global growth, operational excellence, and business transformation agenda. Reporting to the SVP, Systems & Revenue, you will lead a global Information Systems organization spanning product management, engineering, enablement, support, governance, and enterprise platforms. You will be accountable for the vision, investment strategy, operating model, and performance of Lightspeed’s enterprise systems ecosystem, ensuring technology capabilities effectively support business priorities, scalable growth, and organizational efficiency. As a senior leader and strategic partner to the executive team, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, optimize business processes, and influence company-wide decisions related to systems, automation, AI enablement, and operational scalability. You will balance long-term strategic planning with
