Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Engineering and Product

Adonis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner across all departments at Adonis, with a primary focus on building out our Engineering and Product teams. Reporting to the Head of TA, you serve as a dedicated partner to leadership, helping define hiring needs, attract exceptional talent, and shape our recruiting strategy as we scale. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product, while also supporting hiring efforts across GTM and operational teams. You’ll experiment with new candidate profiles, strengthen our employer brand, and play a key role in evolving our interview processes and recruiting best practices. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering, as well as other cross functional roles. Partner with tech teams, as well as company leadership to define hiring priorities, refine candidate profiles, and align on talent strategy.
