In this role, you’ll specifically help rebuild member authentication and account creation including sign-up, sign-in, identity verification, and account recovery flows across all user types. You will also shape the experience to make account management and configuration more self-serve. So we can reduce operational load, improve member trust, and remove the biggest point of friction between registration and active use.
