About The Role: Middesk is growing fast, and so is the commercial activity that comes with it. We're looking for a Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team and own the day-to-day work of getting deals done: reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements in support of our sales team. This is a foundational hire. You'll be the second legal hire at Middesk and the primary legal resource our AEs turn to when they need to move quickly and close confidently.
