About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Director to lead outreach and relationship development with breakaway advisors and RIA teams across the country. This is a senior role for someone who has already spent years navigating the nuances of complex recruiting and sales cycles and may have significant experience with protocol and non-protocol transitions, understands what matters most to financial advisors serving HNW clients, and knows how to manage a thoughtful, multi-step decision process.
