Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Brands

About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own Rho’s growth in the consumer brands vertical – nationwide. You’ll build the strategy and run the plays that put Rho in front of the founders, operators, and finance leads building the next generation of consumer products: CPG, apparel, beauty, food and beverage, direct-to-consumer, and beyond. This is a sales-partnered role with a pipeline number, a real budget, and tight collaboration with the reps who own consumer brand accounts. You’ll build the relationships, create the moments, and generate the demand – together with sales, you close. Consumer brand founders are a distinct audience. They’re brand-savvy, community-oriented, and often capital-efficient in ways that make Rho’s full stack genuinely compelling. They talk to each other. When you win one, it opens doors to five more.
