The Head of Marketing & Growth is responsible for owning the full go-to-market strategy, user acquisition engine, and growth economics of the business.
This role is accountable for scaling the platform in a structured, measurable, and capital-efficient manner, ensuring that growth is not only achieved, but achieved profitably and sustainably.

Performance marketingFunnel optimization The role will lead marketing efforts beyond brand and social presence, building a data-driven growth engine that drives user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

Lead and develop the marketing team, including upskilling in performance marketing.Introduce structured processes and accountability across marketing functions.
Work closely with Product → improve activation and retention.Data → analytics and attribution.Finance → align growth with financial targets. Ensure marketing is fully integrated into product and business strategy.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
