About the Role: AI is becoming central to what the platform can do - from clinical decision support to intelligent automation across workflows. But shipping AI features in healthcare isn't like shipping AI anywhere else. The stakes are higher, the trust threshold is real, and the gap between what's technically possible and what's actually useful in a clinic is where most AI products fail. We need a Product Owner who understands AI deeply enough to have real conversations with engineers, but thinks first about user problems - someone who can turn AI capabilities into features that clinics actually adopt, trust, and rely on. The role requires travelling across EU What you'll do: Own the AI product roadmap - break it down into features that can ship fast and deliver real value, not science projects. Work with engineering to evaluate what's feasible - you understand LLMs, APIs, and agentic patterns well enough to scope realistically. Talk to customers, sales, and customer success to understand where AI can solve actual problems Define what success looks like before building starts - clear metrics, clear outcomes, clear way to know if it worked.
