Production Manager (80% Travel Required)

Position Overview

The Production Manager role will serve as a critical operations leader within the Reconditioning Special Operations team and be a main resource when on-the-ground at Inspection Centers, supporting ADESA Megasite Integrations.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure successful execution of site integration strategy by effectively managing RSO Teams and the company and Adesa associates through the setup and training of each department (operating system, proper tools, training resources, equipment, etc).
• Ensure local site teams have all of the necessary tools and training to successfully launch production and implement new processes/procedures in new and existing IC facilities.
• Project manage all key aspects of RSO Team initiatives while on site.
• Act as a main point-of-contact and resource for all RSO Team members on assignment.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects as needed.
