Director of Value Engineering

As the Director of Value Consulting, you will build and lead a high-impact team responsible for quantifying, articulating, and proving the business value of MaintainX to enterprise customers and prospects.

You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance to embed value-driven selling and value realization across the entire customer lifecycle. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll develop value frameworks, coach account teams, lead executive-level business cases, and drive measurable ROI outcome
