What you'll do: Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track while maintaining focus on core business objectives Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams and ensuring everyone is working toward shared goals Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows across all teams What you bring: 3+ years of Product / Engineering roles at high-growth tech companies OR management consulting experience at a leadi
