In this role, you are identifying the "right" problems to solve and bridging complex business goals with user needs. You will own a broad product area within your pod and lead the end-to-end design process—from initial discovery and validated hypothesis testing to final high-fidelity execution and engineering handoff. You are expected to proactively reduce ambiguity and ensure that even the most complex user flows feel intuitive, contemporary, and simple. We’re looking for designers that excel in the ability to simplify complex challenges into impactful user experiences, care deeply about the quality of their work (the "last 10%" of polish), and bring a genuine desire to learn about our members.
