What you’ll work on here Owning the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring every team member feels supported, connected, and set up for success. Building a structured onboarding program with regular touchpoints for both new hires and managers throughout the first week, first month, and first 90 days. Creating a retention-focused operating rhythm across the company, proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee experience before issues arise.
