The Opportunity: Senior Mobile Engineer, Thrive The Thrive team owns Tilt's line of credit products — the financial tools that help users grow their purchasing power and build stronger credit standing over time. We run two products: Thrive, a credit-building line of credit that can grow to $1,200+ through responsible use and reports directly to credit bureaus; and cash advance plus, which gives users flexible access to funds when they need them most. These aren't experimental bets — they're live products with real users, real compliance obligations, and real room to grow.
