About the Role We are looking for a tenacious Technical Recruiter to help fuel our next phase of growth. As an early member of the talent team, you will be the architect of our engineering and product teams. You are someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment and is excited to establish world-class recruiting standards from the ground up. You will be a brand ambassador for Bree, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience regardless of the outcome. What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire hiring process for technical roles, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing. Strategic Sourcing: Actively hunt for top-tier, passive talent for difficult-to-fill engineering and product roles
