We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to be the connective tissue between our business stakeholders and engineering teams; translating WHAT users need into clearly scoped, actionable requirements. In this role, you'll go deep on process documentation, requirements analysis, and backlog management, ensuring that what gets built actually solves the right problems. We operate across B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service, so hands-on Salesforce knowledge and strong business analysis instincts are key. You'll thrive here if you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and energized by turning ambiguous requests into precise, testable user stories. You will: Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements Demonstrate standard Salesforce features
