You will be the commercial and financial partner to our product and technology leadership teams at ELT level. That means being the commercial support in how they make decisions, from prioritising where to invest to reviewing outcomes across ARR, product engagement, workforce allocation and customer behaviour. You are comfortable working with large, complex datasets and know how to turn them into a clear business story that drives action. This role is designed to grow as PVcase scales its product portfolio, so does the scope of this position. Act as the commercial voice in product planning, bringing ARR impact and customer behaviour into roadmap prioritisation discussions, so product decisions are grounded in business outcomes. Go deep into customer and product engagement data, working across large, sometimes messy datasets to surface insights that directly inform product strategy, identifying which features, segments, and use cases are driving retention and expansion, and which represent the highest-value opportunities for roadmap investment.
