The role You'll spend the internship building software that changes how a company finds, evaluates, and hires people. Not "HR tech" in the boring sense — actual tools: an AI engine that reads a career and pulls out what matters, automation that erases coordination busywork, a system that learns from its own hiring mistakes and gets sharper over time. We run a deliberately lean talent function. That only works if it's heavily leveraged by good tooling. You're the person who builds that leverage.
