About the Role We're hiring a Software Engineer for our User Operations team to own and build our product quality infrastructure and tooling — the systems that capture, triage, route, and acts on customer and product feedback at scale. You'll work on everything from intelligent bug reporting pipelines to software that captures customer feedback at scale to systems that give our business real-time visibility into our strongest Voice of the Customer signals. This is an internal-facing role with direct impact on product quality.
