The Role
The Customer Trust Specialist serves as BeyondTrust’s security authority in relevant customer-facing engagements, where applicable, to support new opportunities and renewals. This is a strategic, revenue-supporting position that operates at the intersection of security expertise, customer success, and sales enablement. The Customer Trust Specialist will represent BeyondTrust’s security posture directly to enterprise customers, including CISO-level audiences, respond to complex security questionnaires and RFPs, and bridge the gap between our internal security program and customer expectations.
