The HR Generalist, Europe is a Netherlands-based role supporting employees and managers across the European region. This position covers the full range of day-to-day HR activities including employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, and Dutch employment law compliance, while also maintaining a strong operational backbone through HRIS ownership, data integrity, and process improvement.
