Role Summary We’re looking for a strategic, operator-minded Talent Programs leader to join the People team at the company . This role will report to the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for building, running, and evolving the company’s core talent programs and operating rhythms. This role blends program strategy, operational excellence, and hands-on building. You will drive company-wide talent programs including performance cycles, calibrations, onboarding, manager forums, and enablement initiatives while creating scalable content, frameworks, and processes that improve consistency and execution across the business.
