About the Role Quindar is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find, engage, and support exceptional talent across engineering, product, operations, aerospace, software, and other mission-aligned roles. You’ll focus on technical sourcing, outbound recruiting, first-round candidate screens, pipeline development, interview coordination, and hiring manager partnership. You’ll also play a meaningful role in people operations, including onboarding support, recruiting administration, employee documentation, and company programs that help new hires and employees feel set up for success. What You’ll Do Build targeted pipelines for technical, operational, and mission-aligned roles. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, communities, job boards, referrals, university networks, and other relevant channels. Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, target profiles, sourcing priorities, and screening criteria. C
