Role at a glance What : As Rally's first in-house Finance Lead, you'll be the financial partner to our CEO and leadership team on every major decision — pricing, GTM investment, headcount, vendors, and capital strategy. Impact : You'll build Rally's finance function from the ground up and bring the rigor that turns finance into a real-time decision-making engine. Team : You'll report directly to our CEO and partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and People. Work style : Remote-first within the United States, NYC preferred. Occasional travel for team gatherings, board meetings, and investor meetings.
