Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts Execute campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, tracking, and optimization Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and overall KPIs Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research Manage client onboarding and advertising account setup Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and campaigns Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve client ROI Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns within an agency or digital marketing environment Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, conversion tracking, and optimization strategies Experience with lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager Strong communication and time management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
