What you'll work on here Serving as the dedicated technical owner for one or more of our largest enterprise customers after the contract has been signed Shipping code, reliable software, and systems that carry production traffic from day one Pioneering the patterns for deploying Mintlify inside organizations with 100,000+ employees Scoping ambiguous customer asks into shippable plans, and saying no when the ask would fork the product Designing and deliver self-hosted and VPC deployments, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and least-privilege acc
