The Opportunity CareOps is the platform pod within CareHub that powers how Hinge Health's care team operates at scale. As the PM for CareOps, you'll drive a high-impact roadmap: improving workload distribution across the care team through algorithmic engine enhancements, migrating complex operational workflows into a modern internal platform, automating member offboarding, and supporting the rollout of new care programs. You'll partner closely with Demand Enablement, Member Ops, Clinical Operations, and a Bangalore-based engineering team, with significant collaboration with US-based stakeholders. This role sits within the CareHub neighborhood and reports to the Director of Product for CareHub. What You’ll Accomplish Design the strategy to overhaul our internal tool for workforce management. This includes RBAC, audit logging, and key features like dashboards, dynamic coverage management and more Ship improvements to our care team to member assignment engine that improve our care team member workloads.
