The Role We're hiring a CPG Disputes Specialist to own the deduction and dispute resolution experience for our customers. Disputes sit at the center of what Confido automates for CPG brands, and this role is the connective tissue between our Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams — making sure customers actually resolve disputes faster and more accurately on our platform, not just process them.
