SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: The Facility Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational readiness, safety, and performance of all MAITE production and laboratory environments . This includes ownership of cleanroom operations, ESD compliance, infrastructure maintenance, lab support, and overall facility safety and functionality. The role ensures that all ICEYE facilities under MAITE operate reliably and efficiently to support production, integration, and testing activities. The Facility Management team works closely with AIT Engineering, Production, Stock Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to enable continuous, safe, and high-quality satellite manufacturing operations.
