Oversee all port agency operations for vessels calling at Bilbao. Coordinate with port authorities, customs, immigration, and other stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for vessel arrivals, departures, and cargo handling. Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and local service providers. Ensure compliance with Spanish maritime regulations and international standards. Manage emergency situations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
