About Levels Levels is building the UK's first AI-enabled roll-up of property-related service companies, starting in residential block management. Backed by leading VCs, we acquire excellent owner-operated businesses and turn them into a modern, technology-enabled group. Our model rests on two pillars: disciplined M&A and exceptional integration. We've completed our first wave of acquisitions, have multiple integrations live, and a pipeline of dozens more. Integration is how we deliver the value the investment case depends on, and it's one of the most important functions in the business. If you like being inside real companies, meeting real teams, finding real problems, and fixing them with your own hands, this is your role. The Role This is a doing job, not a project management job. You won't run RAG status meetings and chase other people for updates. You'll sit inside an acquired business, work out what's broken, and fix it, often alongside one or two people from the team. Then you'll move to the next thing. A lot of this work is unglamorous. You'll spend days mapping out how a team actually invoices clients, weeks chasing down missing contracts and supplier agreements, and h
