Sr. Lead Creative Ops
About the Role We are seeking a Senior Lead of Creative Ops to drive operational excellence on our Growth Creative team. In this role, you will coordinate program management, resourcing, capacity planning, and cross-functional tooling — ensuring creative teams and projects deliver consistently and efficiently against business priorities. You'll lead by owning connected operational initiatives, from project planning to scaling AI-powered efficiency tools to leading strategic cross-functional leadership. You'll establish operational objectives, flag risks early, and continuously improve the systems that keep our creative engine running smoothly. This role reports into the Creative Director of Growth and partners closely with Growth Marketing and Brand, Content & Creative Leadership.
