Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

At TalentPop, we're helping e-commerce brands scale with world-class talent and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help manage and expand TalentPop's affiliate marketing initiatives through outreach, relationship building, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building partnerships, analyzing results, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced remote company.

What You'll Do

Support the setup, management, and optimization of affiliate marketing programsIdentify and recruit potential affiliates that align with client brands and goalsManage day-to-day communication with affiliates, ensuring strong relationshipsCoordinate affiliate promotions, campaigns, and special offersTrack, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metricsPrepare regular performance summaries for account managers and clientsAssist with payout processes and ensure accuracy in affiliate tracking systemsResearch competitor affiliate strategies and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of online/remote work experience (required)Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer programs preferredProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel/SheetsStrong communication and relationship management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaignsBonus points if you have experience with affiliate platforms (ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc.)
