They are seeking a Product Manager to manage a specific area of their product, focusing on setting priorities, understanding customer segments, and collaborating cross-functionally to build impactful products.
Responsibilities
Own product execution for a defined area of the product, clearly articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners to align and deliverCollaborate closely with internal and external partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scaleOwn and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamicsPartner with engineering leads to ensure teams have well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritiesManage and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesDrive product launch operations for your area, including release planning, product documentation, communication, adoption, and iterationLead change management for product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and support successful adoption and governance of new featuresDefine and track success metrics, using data and insights to inform decisions and tradeoffsOperate with autonomy in an ambiguous environment, using judgment, intuition, and feedback loops to drive results Skills
5-7 years' experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Product management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with change management and system rolloutsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similarAbility to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and balance competing prioritiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leadersExperience working in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of driving meaningful growth for B2B productsExperience leading cross-functional sprint teams comprised of design, engineering, and QAExperience with product lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, and deliveryStrong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancementsDemonstrated experience using user insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions, and translate the outcomes into a product roadmapAn instinct for creating simple, intuitive user experiences that solve complex problemsExperience in owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years, iterating based on customer needs and business outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization Company Overview
