Position: Pre-Launch Operations Manager
About the company
the company is a private transportation platform offering membership-based and direct-booking chauffeur services. We’re establishing our initial operations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with plans to expand into additional cities.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an Operations Manager to join the company ahead of its initial rollout and take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day operations as our membership base grows.
The position is established before operational activation, allowing the selected candidate to become familiar with the company and its executive team before regular responsibilities begin.

Compensation & Activation
Compensation and responsibilities increase according to the company’s active paid membership base.
The initial rollout is targeted within approximately three months. Actual activation depends on company membership growth rather than a guaranteed calendar date.
Compensation for the intermediate stages will be established in the employment agreement before paid responsibilities begin.

The position initially focuses on the Washington, DC metropolitan area. As the company expands, additional responsibilities overseeing other cities or operational teams may become available, with compensation discussed separately.
We’re looking for someone interested in establishing a long-term operational role within a growing transportation company.
Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
