We’re looking for a sharp, research-driven Bilingual Business Development Representative - German Speaker to help us grow our pipeline and presence in the European market.
This isn’t a spray-and-pray role. You’ll go deep into accounts, write human outreach, and work closely with our Account Executives to drive high-quality opportunities.
Only candidates located in the Berlin area will be considered.
What you'll do
Prospect into high-value, compliance-driven accounts across the EU
Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone where applicable, and events
Build your own account strategy, not just work a list someone hands you
Contribute to strategic events and broader business development initiatives that source pipeline in person
Work tightly with the AE team on account strategy
Feed insights back into positioning, targeting, and what's working
Partner with your manager on local commercial activities
What we're looking for
This is your second role. Your first one gave you transferable skills, whether that was sales, account management, consulting, customer success, research, recruiting, or something else where you learned to talk to people and chase outcomes
Fluent German and English - Must
Proactive and strategic. You see a target list and immediately have a point of view on who to go after first and why
You can write an email that actually gets a reply, or you're hungry to learn how
You can hold your own in a conversation with a senior operational buyer without sounding scripted
You don't give up and you don't let things sit
Bonus: experience in regulated or operational environments where the stakes are uptime, compliance, or loss prevention.
