As a Fullstack Engineer, you will build and extend secure, scalable services that power our human-centered care model. Working on small interdisciplinary teams, you will design end-to-end solutions that directly impact our user journey, ensuring our members move beyond pain. You will profile systems to stay ahead of scaling bottlenecks, maintain a high bar with thoughtful code reviews, and share responsibility for healthy live site operations in a continuous deployment DevOps culture. What You'll Accomplish In your first 3 months: You will dive into our trunk-based CI/CD workflow to build, test, and deploy meaningful features every sprint. You will tackle problems with multiple execution paths and contribute to your team’s success by shipping code that powers beautiful client applications. In your first 6 months: You will take ownership of end-to-end solutions, profiling systems to stay ahead of scaling bottlenecks. You will proactively improve the maintainability and availability of our services while leveling up your skills through a detailed professional development plan. In your
