As the Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Talkiatry, you will sit at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and data — serving as the analytical and strategic engine behind how we grow and monetize our business. This is a high-impact, highly visible IC role with the opportunity to build out a team in the future. We are looking for someone who thinks like an investor, operates with the precision of a banker, and has the product instincts to build systems that scale. You will own the revenue growth strategy, shape our go-to-market approach across payers and markets, and build the data infrastructure that drives decision-making at the executive and board level.
