About the Team Our Business Operations team drives some of Aurora's most important work — the cross-functional initiatives, strategic analyses, and operational improvements that shape how our GTM engine runs and how the company makes decisions. We're a small, high-performing group that brings structure to ambiguous problems, aligns stakeholders across functions, and drives things to a conclusion rather than just framing them. We operate with direct exposure to the COO and CEO, and we take ownership seriously. About the
