Why this role is different This is not a support or advisory role. You’ll sit inside the product team and help define how the product behaves. You’ll take how strong legal operators think and work, and turn that into systems, workflows, and AI-driven behaviour that scale across every customer. AI is core to how we build. You’ll be expected to use it, test it, and push it — shaping how it’s applied across real workflows. You won’t just describe legal work. You’ll define how it gets done.
