The Role You will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ARQ’s risk management framework in Colombia. This includes market, credit, operational, and regulatory risk, ensuring the company operates within risk appetite while enabling sustainable growth. What you'll be doing Own the local risk management framework, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of key risks across the business Lead across risk areas such as credit risk, market risk and operational risk, with a focus on credit risk Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and global risk standards Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring audit readiness at all times Monitor key risk
