Legal Solutions Engineer Edinburgh Wordsmith Wordsmith is building the AI-enabled command centre for in-house legal teams. We help legal functions automate routine work, manage complexity, and operate at the speed of the businesses they support. Our customers rely on Wordsmith to support critical legal workflows across their organisations. The Role Legal Solutions Engineers turn the product into real outcomes for customers. You’ll work with customers after purchase to design, configure, and implement legal workflows inside Wordsmith. This role sits close to the customer, helping them embed the platform into how their legal function actually operates. It’s part implementation, part problem solving, and part advisory. You’ll combine legal understanding with product knowledge to help customers get meaningful value from the platform.
