This role sits at the intersection of Product Analytics, Decision Science, and Product Strategy. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to help shape the future of Capital through data-driven decision making. For Capital to succeed, many of our most important product and business decisions depend on balancing complex trade-offs across pricing, conversion, offer volume, losses, and profitability. In many ways, data-driven decision making is the product itself.
